The app and the website are open source. The repository link appears here when it is public.

File formats

Layouts and themes are JSON files: "format" says which (likhon-layout or likhon-theme), and two schemas check them, at /schemas/layout.schema.json and /schemas/theme.schema.json.

Write a layout by hand

A layout is a small JSON file: its format, version 1, an id, a name, kind "fixed", a licence, and each key with what it types, with and without Shift.

Build steps

Windows 10 or 11 with Rust (MSVC toolchain) and Node.js. The website is a Laravel app.
